As HR and Recruitment teams prepare for a well-deserved festive break, we would like to thank all of our customers for the continuing support.
This has been a great year for Webonboarding and with ongoing support and feedback we can continue to improve on and provide the best digital onboarding offering possible.
Here are some key highlights from the year:
2019 has been something of a significant year for Webonboarding as more forward thinking organisations and HR and Recruitment professionals begin to understand the benefits of switching to a cloud-based employee onboarding process. We have seen some significant interest from the health care and recruitment sectors, all looking to provide the best possible onboarding journey they can by using a digital solution.
This year we have broadened the capability of the Webonboarding product. It is the one place where onboarding processes can be securely managed, documents issued and completed. This includes digital signing, forms, exchange documents, pre-boarding, policies, tasks and references.
Providing the best support
We understand the issues that can be experienced as a result of poor onboarding processes including hidden costs, restrictive growth and risk, here at Webonboarding we strive to always provide a consultative approach as we support our clients through the onboarding journey. We plan our year on a quarterly basis so that we can be responsive to the industry shifting.
Looking ahead to 2020 and the future of employee onboarding
We are very proud of the team at Webonboarding. We are very agile team and the focus we have on product development allows us to really make a difference to our customers.. We continue to look at the impact of the proposed Good Work Plan (April 2020) and aim to be a source of knowledge and guidance for HR teams on how this will impact onboarding.
